Job Summary
Provide support for installation and maintenance of automation and communications systems on company production facilities.
Troubleshoot instruments, wiring, and PLC installations.
Identify process issues through evaluation of automation data.
Support and enforce EH&S initiatives; responsible for safe and environmentally friendly production operations
Interface with Midland office personnel?engineering, regulatory, EH&S, etc.; promote teamwork & efficiency when working with these groups
Effectively represent Company when dealing with land owners and other non-Company personnel
Education/Experience Required
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited, state-certified program
Must possess a current, valid driver's license and the ability to meet and maintain all eligibility requirements to drive a company vehicle
Minimum of 5 years of significant and relevant work experience in electrical or automation field, Automation Technician II.
Minimum 2 years production operations experience and familiarity with automation systems, Automation Technician I.
Familiarity with PLC programming fundamentals. Allen Bradley, SCADApack, IDEC, DirectLogic preferred
Proficient in identification and troubleshooting of AC and DC circuits.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with computer and applications
Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds
Must be willing and able to drive a company-owned vehicle for extended periods of time

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
